This point should also be EMPHASISED:
What Admendment 2 really does is give a RIGHT to welfare and guaranteed income to those people who sponsored it....Like the California Inititive on Stem-cell Research a couple of years ago.... Millions of tax dollars wil be given to scientists who do not have to produce any viable results....leaving less money for other more viable research, schools, highways, etc...or maybe a future tax increase......
