If judges are supposed to decide cases on
their personal views of 'fairness' and 'justice' as the left claims,
instead of the law or tradition, then how is that any different from a
personal whim ?
AND furthermore, when a Liberal judge is overturned by another who has a
different sense of 'justice' how can they complain if all justice is
just based upon each judge's personal whims ?
AND lastly how is this any different from a monarch who rules by decree ?
