Liberal Patriotism

A liberal's patriotism is like an  abusive man's 'LOVE' towards his wife...... she's stupid, can not cook, can never clean house right, etc. In addition she's not allow contact out of the house with out his permission and escort so she can't have any 'bad influences'.

THE LEFT AND JUSTICE

If judges are supposed to decide cases on their personal views of 'fairness' and 'justice' as the left claims, instead of the law or tradition, then how is that any different from a personal whim ?

AND furthermore, when a Liberal judge is overturned by another who has a different sense of 'justice' how can they complain if all justice is just based upon each judge's personal whims ?

AND lastly how is this any different from a monarch who rules by decree ?

Missouri's Admendment 2

This point should also be EMPHASISED: What Admendment 2 really does is give a RIGHT to welfare and guaranteed income to those people who sponsored it....Like the California Inititive on Stem-cell Research a couple of years ago.... Millions of tax dollars wil be given to scientists who do not have to produce any viable results....leaving less money for other more viable research, schools, highways, etc...or maybe a future tax increase......

After the Media has successfully damaged Bush's credibility and popularity by beating him over the head with Plame-gate, they now admit it's a frame-up ---- so where do Bush,Rove, Libby et al get their rep-u-tations back ?

The Republican House

Old Neal Boortz was pontificating this morning on his hope that the Republicans lose the House of Reps. this fall to "Teach them a Lesson". Sorry but that is " Cutting your nose off to spite your face ". Considering how insane much of the leadership of the demo crazys has become ... It would be 2 years lost on the war on Islamic Fascism. They would sit on or deny funding to the fight or place such ridi-cu-lous conditions on the money the fight would be de facto ended... That horrible Immigation bill that passed the Senate would have passed through a Democratic house since it was only the House Republicans that stopped it...... And since the Democratic Nut-roots are demanding impeachment of Bush for revenge and profit .... the next two years under a Dem House would be one Looooong Nightmare of harassing subpoenas and oversight building to an impeachment which would paralyze the White House during this dangerous time of Iran, North Korea, Hezballah.etc. And considering how the Media used the Bogus Plame affair to hurt Bush, i.e. drove his popularity down and helped to destroy his rep-u-tation as a decent guy, it is not inconcevable that they wouldn't also drive a weak-willed Republican Senate to convict Bush....... this is also posted at Blogspot
